DEAN CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC. started as a sole proprietership in 1987 by founder Tracey Dean. The Company was incorporated On March 28, 1990 for the purpose of doing business as a Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor. The decades of experience reflected by the experienced individuals in our management team has given us a reputation in our area as a "solution oriented - can do" Company. We excel at both new and re-roofing projects requiring commercial metal, built up, single ply, modified bitumen, tile, shingle, green roof, and plaza deck systems.   In addition to doing all types of Roofing, Siding, Soffit, and Waterproofing we are also Certified Installers of LiveRoof hybrid plant and paver systems.
